The facilities provides access to international scientists selected on the basis of excellence (\u201cpeer-reviewed open access\u201d), according to the principles advocated by the European Strategy Forum on Research Infrastructures (ESFRI) and the European Commission.<\/p>\n<p>Already now many agreements and contracts have been concluded to fix the terms of such cooperations.
